• All Vivelo products are shipped free of charge within Australia.

• Orders in Australia are dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.

• For New Zealand customers, shipping takes approximately 7–14 business days. (Shipping fees may apply depending on the order value and delivery location. Customers will be notified at checkout.)

• Customers can track their order status via email or through their order history.
