We offer one free exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The round-trip shipping fee for exchanges is covered by Vivelo.
The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.
(Please ensure that all components and packaging are included.)

Exchange requests can be made through the chat service located at the bottom-right corner of the website.

f the new item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
If the new item is higher in price, a payment link will be sent to your registered email.
(All exchange and shipping updates will be provided via email.)
