2. Return & Refund Policy
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
• Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if an issue arises.
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and unused. In such cases, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. (Defective/damaged/incorrect items will be returned at no cost to you.)
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
