🔍 How to Track Your Order

You can check your order status by visiting [My Account] → [Orders] on the official website.
After completing your purchase, an Order Confirmation email will be automatically sent to the address you provided.

This email includes your order number, payment details, and estimated delivery date.
Your order status will be updated in sequence as follows:
Order Confirmed → Preparing for Shipment → In Transit → Delivered,
and you’ll receive real time updates via email at each stage.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
If you have requested an exchange, the shipping details for the replacement product will also be provided via email.
(If there is a price difference, an additional payment link will be sent by email.)

👤 How to Log In to My Page

A login code will be sent to the email address you entered when placing your order.
No separate registration is required an account is automatically created upon your first purchase.
(You can easily access your order history by clicking the ‘My Account’ button in the top menu.)

❌ How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please contact us via the chat service located at the bottom-right corner of the website.
Follow the instructions provided to submit your cancellation request.
Please note that orders can only be canceled before the “Preparing for Shipment” stage.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible,
and you may proceed with a return request instead.

Refunds for canceled or returned orders are processed within 3–10 business days
via your original payment method.
